Hospice Provides What Americans Want At the End of Life
The hospice philosophy holds that end-of-life care should emphasize quality of life. The object is to treat the A nationwide Gallup survey conducted for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization produced five key outcomes:
St. Catherine Hospice offers thirteen months of grief support for the surviving family and friends. In addition we offer bereavement support to individuals throughout the communities we serve weather or not they have had a loved one on our hospice services. Comfort Zone Family Retreat is an extension of our bereavement program and is held annually the third weekend of October.
